Through the winding path, the viewers passes through the mountain gate and courtyard.Step by step, viewers wil be greeted by different landscapes, and then amid the cloud and mist, the mysterious space begins to shows itself seemingly.Then, the lobby of the sales department comes into view, stirring viewer’s interest in exploring depper with the dovetail ridge of Minnan architecture designed as a screen wall facing the gate.

Under the overlapping and interwining lights, the back stone, carved patterns, and arched eaves look more beautiful and harmonious. A touch of dark red adds a bit of elegance and fits in well with the cultural charm of the site, giving the reception area a ceremonious taste.

The main hall is the most important space of the house, and this is also the core of project—sand table area.Minnan architecture is featured by carved beams and painted pillars in the palace style, sky flowers overhanging eaves and brackets surrounded by auspicious clouds,The ultimate Song Dynasty aesthetic, combined with modern techniques, makes the whole sand table area become the focus of the audience, and this is also where the viewer’s satisfaction can be met to the fullest. 

The sand table area is the core of the sales department, but the limited building height and the lack of natural light have also made the design a difficult task. The ceiling is designed to simulate the skylight with the shining film,which not only ensures the brightness of the space but also guarantees the spatial splendor. 

To this end, the window light near the water bar area is borrowed to pass through the door opening into the sand table area, adding the brightness of the sand table area.

The appropriate negotiation space makes the viewer slow down and stop to stay. And a few wisps of dark red dotted in the hall greatly show the elegant and dignified rhyme of the Tang Dynasty.

Abundant light shuttles freely in space and slides through the glass material to set off waves of lifelike light.

without losing Chinese rhyme and 

even in line with contemporary aesthetic culture
