示范区设计充分运用山、水、林、径等元素，打造流动的风景线，人让身置其中，感受青山幽谧、湖光潋滟、花径满香的岁月静好。古铜色金属铝板格栅、香槟色古典文饰，米黄色大理石墙面，传统而不失现代的氛围，让生活如诗画般美好。
