项目背景|Project Background:

金裕·星河丹堤三期位于惠州市博罗县北站新城片区核心位置，临近多条城市主干道，同时距离连接深圳、广州的小金口高速收费站仅3千米，项目主体客群也重点面向周边一线城市及惠州居民。

Jinyu Xinghe Dandi Phase III is located nearby the North Station of Boro District, Huizhou.  The convenient transportation come from the core location of the project: Close to main roads, while connecting Shenzhen and Guangzhou. The distance between Xiao Jinkou high-speed toll station and our project is just 3 kilometers. The potential clients   probably come from the Guangzhou, Shenzhen and Huizhou. 

设计灵感|design inspiration：

项目周边现存丰富的景观资源，山川秀丽，人杰地灵，有优美的山水环境和深厚的历史文化，为周末、假期吸引人流提供了很好的条件。

The project surrounding has some rich landscape resources: beautiful mountains, rivers, local history and culture. With beautiful landscape environment and profound historical culture, it attracts people to have some relax and joyful holidays here.

中国人自古以来，就有：智者乐水，仁者乐山的说法，我们的设计便由此天然条件出发，以山林为灵感，从自然中体悟，将林中的每块石，每棵树，每朵花，每片水注入到我们所生活的场地，给人步入丛林般的度假享受。我们相信，我们妥帖地引入自然，那么未来的使用者会体贴这份用心，而尽情享受自然环抱的舒适惬意。

Our design inspiration came from the natural conditions. In Chinese history, the mountains and forests symbolize the spirit of the intellectual: The wise find pleasure in water, the virtuous find pleasure in hills. Then our design based on the hill and his forest. We care about a stone, a tree, a flower, the water etc., which are part of the nature and our environment. When we take care of the nature, we believe that people stay could feel it and enjoy their life here.

“一进寻石”|One Tier Courtyard: Seeking Stone

入口界面内外存在1.2米的高差，设计师借用低点标高创造内凹空间，形成环抱式庭院。在穿过大气的景墙、格栅、连廊入口后，精致的景石叠水映入眼帘，水雾弥漫，在镜面水景的映衬下，宁静而又悠远。

There has a difference of 1.2 meter between inside and outside levels. The designers borrow the low-point created concave spaces to form a wrap-around courtyard. After passing through the landscape walls, grilles, and porch entrances, the exquisite stone cascades come into view！ The mirror water has the reflects of blue sky and clouds, take people away from the reality to some simple life.

“二进寻花”|Two Tier Courtyard: Appreciate the flowers

绕着叠水拾级而上，视线变得开朗。开阔的水面衬托着会客厅，朴树林下满眼都是绽开的萱草花，舞蹈的花仙子立于水上，活力而又充满生机。

Go up the stage, suddenly we have some open vision. The water sing with the living room, the woods are full of blooming grass flowers, dancing flowers just like some fairies stand on the water, vibrant and full of vitality! 

“三进寻鹿”|Three Tier Courtyard: Touch deer

悠然漫步水上继而往内走，错落的景墙与香樟形成空间的屏障，干净的地面承载着树影，优雅的黑鹿与大树对望，彼此仿佛在述说时光。

Walk leisurely along the water, the landscape wall and the camphor form a screen. The ground carrying tree shadows, elegant black deer and trees look at each other as if  they are telling the history of the time.

结语|Conclusion：

现代都市人多忙于工作，节假日想要逃离都市生活，放慢节奏。我们希望可以为人们创造柔软惬意的空间，放松和舒服才应该是居住的最佳感受。

In a modern society, the people are so busy! They try their best to escape from cities and slow down during their holidays. We hope we could create a calm and comfortable space for people. Relaxation and comfort should be the best feeling to live deliberately.

一座房子，一座大自然中间的房子，享一份悠然，感受自然赋予的意义，重新定义生活。

A house, a house in the nature…..enjoy a leisure, feel the nature, suck out all the marrow of life and redefine our life!
