中级景观设计师 ▏Senior Landscape Designer

工作职责：

1、承担公司景观园林项目设计工作，对设计工作进行管理和监控；

2、了解行业流行设计趋势，并融入设计项目；

3、负责各专业设计组织配合与沟通协调，完成方案评审、图纸审核以及现场设计服务；

4、配合前期、成本、工程等部门，辅助完成成本控制、质量监控等工作。

Operating duty:           

1. To undertake the design work of the company's landscape garden projects and manage and supervise the design work;            

2. Understand the trend of popular design in the industry and integrate it into design projects.  

3. Responsible for coordination and communication among professional design organizations to complete project review, drawing review and on-site design services;            

4. Cooperate with the departments of prophase, cost and engineering to assist in cost control and quality control.

任职资格：

1、景观设计专业毕业，具有5年及以上工作经验，熟悉从概念、方案一直到施工图各个设计阶段工作，特别是熟练后期扩初及施工图设计工作；

2、能够熟练运用CAD等设计软件；

3、具有外资企业工作经验，能够运用英语进行工作交流更佳；

4、有较强的方案构思及表现能力，并能统领指导团队完成项目的整体设计任务；

5、能熟练使用相关设计软件，独立完成大、中型项目设计，并具备较强的施工配合协调能力；

6、人品正直具有责任心，工作态度积极主动，能适应高效率工作环境；

7、熟悉软景种植设计。

Qualifications:            

1. Landscape Design Major, with 5 years or more working experience, familiar with all stages of design work from concept, scheme to construction drawing, especially proficient designing in late expansion and construction drawing ;            

2. Skillfully use CAD and other design software;            

3. Working experience in a foreign-funded enterprise, good on communication with English;        4. Strong ability of conceiving and expressing the project, and can lead and guide the team to complete the overall design task of the project;           

5. Be proficient in using relevant design software, independently complete large and medium-sized project design, and have strong construction coordination ability;            

6. Integrity, responsibility, active working attitude, able to adapt to high-efficiency working environment;            

7. Familiar with soft landscape planting design.

              高级景观设计师| Senior Higher Landscape Designer

工作职责：

1、景观设计专业毕业，具有8年或以上相关工作经验，熟悉从概念、方案一直到施工图各个设计阶段工作，各个方案阶段；

2、能够熟练运用CAD等设计软件；

3、具有海外留学背景，外资企业工作经验；

4、具有与海外业主及国际顾问设计团队合作的工作经验；

5、工作英语（书面及口语）熟练，能独立参与全英语交流会；

6、有较强的方案构思及表现能力，并能统领指导团队完成项目的整体设计任务；

7、能熟练使用相关设计软件，独立完成大、中型项目设计，并具备较强的施工配合协调能力；

8、人品正直具有责任心，工作态度积极主动，能适应高效率工作环境；

9、熟悉软景种植设计。

Qualifications: 

1. Graduated from landscape design major, with 8 years or above related working experience, familiar with the concept, scheme, construction drawing design stage and scheme stage;            

2.  Skillfully use CAD and other design software;            

3. With overseas study background and working experience in foreign company;            

4. Working experience with overseas clients and international consultant design team;            

5. Good command of Working English (written and spoken), able to participate in English exchange meeting independently;            

6. Have strong ability of project conception and performance, and be able to guide the team to complete the overall design task of the project;            

7. Skillfully use related design software , independently complete large and medium-sized project design, and have strong construction coordination ability;            

8. Integrity and sense of responsibility, active working attitude, able to adapt to high efficiency working environment;            

9. Familiar with soft landscape planting design.
