CANAL MANSION

江苏，常州

风起龙城

THE BACKGROUND

龙城三千载，长河起风华。由嘉宏集团打造的江左风华售楼中心，位于常州市钟楼区，西侧为西直街紧邻京杭运河，东侧为泰安里，南侧为可庵弄，北侧紧邻运河支流，毗邻夏家大院。南北朝时期的常州就诞生了齐、梁两代15个皇帝，民间传曰：常州有龙气，故常州亦称龙城。

Jiangzuofenghua Marketing Centre was built by Jiahong Group, which located in Zhonglou district，Changzhou city, the project is close to the Grand Canal, Taianli, Kean Lane and the tributary of the Grand Canal.

项目将“龙”与“江南”的元素重塑提炼，给常州这一座具有3200多年历史的古城带去不一样的新中式奢侈体验。

The elements of “dragon” and “Jiangnan” were recreated and abstracted, we brought a different luxury experiences of new Chinese style to Changzhou city.

乾隆皇帝曾于江南名士、书法家王珣所书千古名卷《伯远帖》前留下“江左风华“四字，“江左”特指为风物阜盛之地，“风华”则是指当代人的风采和才华，项目“江左风华”亦缘起于此。

The project is originated from Emperor Qianlong. He once wrote down "Jiang Zuo Feng Hua" on Boyuan Copybook that written by Wangxun, a famous calligrapher and scholar in southern China. “Jiang Zuo" means the fertile land and abundant produce，“Feng Hua” means the style and talent of contemporary people.

新中式不应是简单的元素堆叠，而是重现中国建筑的内涵与精髓。江左风华售楼中心选择传统中式建筑的中轴对称，方正严整的群体组合与布局、家具也采用胡桃木实木的榫卯结构，通过新视角找到正统文化传承与当代审美的融合与突破。

The new Chinese style is not made up of simple elements but reproducing the intention and spirit of Chinese architecture, but to find integration and breakthrough between orthodox cultural heritage and contemporary aesthetic through a new perspective.

蛟龙得水

THE HALL

步入门厅，门厅上下一组不锈钢艺术作品寓意“蛟龙得水”，上方3片装置将《伯远帖》一字不差地镂空雕刻在不锈钢鳞片上。下方的水滴艺术作品由一个个甲骨文焊接而成。艺术家们将汉字和雕塑结合，将平面的文字转写成立体的光影视觉体验，发出了对中国传统文化的当下解读。

Artist combined Chinese characters with sculpture arts, in order to convert plane characters into a visual experience of light and shadow, expressed a current interpretation of Chinese traditional culture.

墙面处理采用了山水纹大理石，酷似中国山水画的勾水画法，气势恢宏，潇洒灵秀，传说中国的龙掌管水域，能上天入地，翻云覆雨，门厅右侧的金属松树艺术作品寓意“神龙摆尾”，营造了一个波云诡谲、神秘无限的上古神话意境。

The wall is clad with landscape marble which resembles Chinese landscape painting hook - water painting, extremely magnificent and natural, which created a mysterious and treacherous image of ancient myths.

龙行天下

PUBLIC SPACE

宋朝词人辛弃疾在《青玉案》中写到：“凤箫声动，玉壶光转，一夜鱼龙舞”，沙盘区上方悬吊着的青白杏色艺术装置寓意“龙行天下”，透光明亮，鳞次栉比，栩栩如生，正似正月十五夜空中舞动的龙灯。沙盘是中国风十足的雕边圆角矩形铜制展示台，尽显华贵。

A blue-white and apricot art installation hangs over the sand table, the moral of this art installation is “dragon world”, bright and translucent, as vivid as live, row upon row of scales，just like a waving dragon Lantern in the Lantern Festival’s dark sky.

沙盘区左右两侧皆设收藏艺术柜，当中不乏汉晋明清古玩奇珍，每一件古董都是时光的大使，提醒我们中华文化的积淀之深，轻易便能驻足在这文明长卷中的一角流连沉醉，不知归处。

Display case sets out on the left and right side of the sand table，there is some rare treasure of Han, Jin, Ming and Qing Dynasty, every antique is an ambassador of times, remind us of the deep accumulation of Chinese culture, to become intoxicated and halted in the corner of the long scroll of civilization.

洽谈区以高级定制的榫卯结中式长桌为布局，桌面嵌山水画大理石，手工雕花边，金属条镶嵌，定制太师椅椅背上是镂空的嘉宏LOGO，高级定制与传统中式碰撞出浓郁的现代东方韵味。空间上方的龙形铂晶雕塑装置雍容华贵，左侧装饰画为清朝画家王翚的《仿巨然溪山雨霁图》的现代工艺展示，书画艺术的展示极高地提高了空间的文化内涵。

The meeting area takes the high-end custom Chinese wood structure long table, the surface is made of landscape-painting marble, with hand-carved floral border and metal bands embedded. The back of these old-fashioned wooden armchairs had hollowed out the logo of Jiahong, the display of painting and calligraphy greatly improves the cultural connotation of the space.

洽谈区的柜子内壁用了朱雀红与周围的黑白水墨作明显的色彩对比，让空间更符合中式古典审美，书架上摆放儒家经典书目增加空间的静谧感。这一朱雀红的使用贯穿项目始终，成为整个售楼中心软装点缀的主题色。

The inside wall of the cabinet used rosefinch-red contrast with the surrounding black and white ink to make space meets the Chinese aesthetic standards, the Confucian classics on the bookshelf improve sense of tranquility to space. The use of rosefinch-red throughout the project has become the theme color of the whole inner design.

水吧区的墙面与地面水天相接，似波涛汹涌，缎面材质的桌椅却犹如磐石兀自地沉静之间，任他大浪淘沙。空间因此动静得衡，气场大气酣畅，加之与金属材质碰撞，点点灯光，如梦似幻。

The wall of the leisure bar is connected with the ground, which is like roaring waves, while the satin table and chair are like a rock standing in silence, unconcern about the waves beating.

来到深度洽谈区，设计师借助中式建筑喜用的镂空花窗轻盈地完成了空间区隔。椅子上的玉盘扣，让平淡的椅子倍增温润之感，亦体现了中国古老的玉文化传承。

When we come into the deep meeting area, the designer separated the space with t the hollowed-floral windows which is a preferred design in Chinese architecture. The jade plate buckle on the chair makes the plain chair feel warm and moist, which also reflects the inheritance of ancient jade culture.

旋转的铜白色楼梯像是蜿蜒曲折的历史脉络，唯有决绝地踏步而上，方能遇见更多历史的未知，透过曾经窥见未来。

The copper-white spiral staircase is like a winding historical context，we can only walk up the stairs firmly to meet more unknowns of history and peep the future through the past.

PRIVATE AREA

沿着旋转楼梯走上二楼过厅，映入眼帘的是一组艺术装置，空中悬浮的是汉字的种种部首偏旁，下方是水纹台面，寓意江南水乡世世代代文人辈出，古语云，水不在深，有龙则灵，常州自身独一无二的文化底蕴犹如涓涓细流绵远流长，滋养着一方人杰。

Walking up the spiral staircase stairs to the hall on the second floor, you can see a group of art installation. The components of Chinese characters levitate in the air，below it is a water platform, implying talents have been fostered in Jiangnan Water-town for a generation.

二楼主要是VIP室和国宾室，国宾室分为会客和私宴两个区域。二楼VIP室叙雅堂内设置了兼顾品茶与棋牌的定制麻将桌，呈现中国人喜闻乐见的传统休闲方式。

In the VIP room，the Xuya, the hall is equipped with a customized mahjong table, which satisfied tea tasting and card games at the same time, presenting the traditional Chinese leisure style, and the state guest room is divided into reception and private banquet.

电视柜由水纹大理石打造，水清沙白的艺术意境由底端向上蔓延，衍生一副《清明上河图》的现代雕刻剪影，桃花缤纷，奇石屹立，构筑出千年运河熙熙攘攘，流水人家富饶茂盛的江南盛景，以小景寄大情，巧妙地与“江左风华”链接呼应。

The TV cabinet is made of wavy pattern marble, and the artistic conception of clean water and white sand white spreads from the bottom to the top, a modern carving silhouette of Along the River During the Qingming Festival drives from it.

国宾室珍馐阁门厅是传统的中式轴对称门厅，受到中式园林框景手法的启发，营造"曲径通幽处，禅房花木深"之感，材质上独辟蹊径选取现代金属材质，古今融合的方式让古典的美更容易被现代人接纳。

The traditional Chinese style axisymmetric hall of Gourmet Pavilion inspired by framing landscape, we chose metal material and combined ancient culture with modern design makes the classical beauty more easily accepted by modern people.

国宾室内会客区的特制龙纹长塌，金属茶几，壁柜中陈设有日本回流的铜花瓶、铜狮子、古玉香炉、双龙玉璧等古玩，典雅奢侈的空间，让尊贵感油然而生。

In the reception area, there are special dragon-pattern couches and metal tea tables. Inside the closet，you can see copper vases, bronze lions, an ancient jade censers, double dragon jade are returned from Japan, these antiques created an elegant and luxurious sense of space and dignity comes naturally.

国宾室私宴区每个椅背都是定制的龙纹刺绣，孔雀蓝云纹地毯，屏风的形制保留了传统的中式，屏风上的画作不落窠臼，大胆采用油画作群山图，彰显宾客的不凡身份与品味。

The back of each chair in the private banquet area is custom-made dragon-pattern embroidery, the carpet is the peacock and blue cloud motif, and the shape of the screen retains the traditional Chinese style.

四季流转，日升月落，悠悠运河，再现风华。

Seasons flow, sunrise and set, the Grand Canal roars, to prosper again.
